Construction Project Manager – Large-Scale Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a high‑profile, technically complex development in the East of Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver the assigned building project from inception to handover.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, manpower and resources to meet key milestones.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E coordination throughout the project.
• Review construction methodology, work sequences and resolve technical issues on site.
• Identify potential delays, constraints and risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Conduct and participate in progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building construction, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Prior experience in a Project Manager or Construction Manager role is preferred.
• Experience handling large‑scale or complex building projects is advantageous.
