Content Executive

About the role

The Content Executive drives TENG’s storytelling across social and digital platforms, with a strong focus on short‑form video from concept to final edit. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role supports musicians, production and other teams to bring the brand’s narrative to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Create and maintain comprehensive content calendars tailored to each platform’s format and audience.
• Write compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, website content and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including musicians, production and social‑impact groups—to align content with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Track trends in performing arts and conduct competitor analysis to inform creative direction.
• Support marketing campaigns with timely, brand‑consistent content delivery.
• Assist with marketing department administrative tasks such as budgeting and media‑kit preparation.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 2–4 years of experience producing video content for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Hands‑on experience shooting and directing on‑location events or performances.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, including colour‑grading and pacing.
• Familiarity with native editing/publishing tools on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• Mobile‑first video shooting techniques (framing, lighting, audio) without a full crew.
• Scripting for social media hooks, on‑screen text and voice‑over copy.
