About the role
The Contracts Executive (Procurement) will support the procurement of construction works by liaising with clients, consultants and suppliers. This role involves preparing cost estimates, managing tender processes and finalising contract agreements for project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to source construction works.
- Prepare budget estimates, pre‑tender estimates and post‑tender cost analyses.
- Draft and compile tender documents, including specifications.
- Conduct tender briefings and site walk‑throughs.
- Invite, receive and close tenders or quotations.
- Evaluate received tenders and quotations against project criteria.
- Compile contract agreements for client execution.
- Perform any additional tender and procurement duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Required profile
- Diploma in Construction, Contracts Management or Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or contracts administration.
