Facilities Management Specialist

About the role

Join #TeamCPF as a Facilities Management Specialist and help ensure the smooth operation of CPF Board's premises. You will work closely with the facilities management contractor, internal staff, and building tenants to maintain critical building systems and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of facilities management services across all CPF Board locations.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical and electrical requirements, monitoring air‑conditioning, fire protection, BMS, power supply, generators and electrical distribution systems.
• Plan and execute enhancement projects for cyclical replacement of building systems.
• Maintain governance of facilities processes, including SOPs management.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives using AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive environmental sustainability initiatives and stay abreast of market best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in facilities operations and management.
• Hands‑on experience with building systems such as air‑conditioning, fire protection, Building Management System, generators and electrical distribution.
• Experience developing environmental sustainability policies or initiatives.
• Proven stakeholder‑management ability with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with AI or digital tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
