About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team across Singapore. Reporting to the executive chef, you will play a key role in preparing dishes, maintaining standards, and supporting overall kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen.
- Prepare basic components of menu items, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces.
- Follow instructions from the executive chef and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and manage leftovers appropriately.
- Stock inventory and supplies as needed.
- Cook menu items with assistance from kitchen staff.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar cooking role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
