Creative Operations Assistant (Internship)

About the role

A homegrown media company in Singapore is looking for a Creative Operations Assistant intern to manage resource allocation, project timelines and team tasks, assist with production logistics and liaise with internal and external parties. The internship lasts a minimum of 24 weeks (6 months).

Key responsibilities

• Resource and capacity management: allocate resources to client and organic projects, assign tasks to team members by skill and availability, and ensure timely delivery.
• Production management: help plan production logistics, support campaign production and work with the team to complete projects.
• Liaison: act as key contact for external and internal parties, including sourcing vendors, scouting locations and sourcing talent.
• File management: organise digital folders and files, run scheduled backups and keep track of backup logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Media or Film Studies, or currently studying for one.
• Strong passion for film, video or media production and operation.
• Ability to handle several projects at once under tight deadlines and to commit to a minimum 24-week internship.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (must-have).
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and cameras is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
