About the role
Turner & Townsend is hiring a CSA Manager for a data center project in Singapore. The role covers civil, structural and architectural works from design through to construction, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors and MEP teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil, structural and architectural works during design and construction
- Review drawings, specifications and engineering designs
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and MEP teams
- Monitor construction progress, quality, budget and schedule
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical construction issues
- Support commissioning, testing, handover and project closeout
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers, industrial facilities or mission-critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with construction standards, contract management and stakeholder coordination
