Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist you will drive growth of our advertiser base across the SMB segment in APJ. You will prospect, qualify and nurture new advertising customers, guiding them from first contact to a successful onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a pipeline of prospective advertisers from initial outreach to qualified opportunity or close.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and social channels.
- Research target accounts, personalize outreach and identify key decision‑makers.
- Run discovery conversations to understand business goals and advertising needs.
- Position digital advertising solutions that align with customer acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Qualify leads, schedule demos, and support campaign discussions.
- Track activity, pipeline and engagement in CRM systems.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and analytics to improve prospecting effectiveness.
- Provide market feedback on lead quality, customer trends and campaign performance.
- Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively across multiple channels.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales or digital advertising sales.
- Strong research and discovery skills to uncover customer needs.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high outreach activity.
- Collaborative mindset with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
- AI‑powered prospecting and analytics tools.
