Customer Service Executive – Customer Conversion & Optimization

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will manage and optimise our online sales channels and marketplace operations, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience. You will drive conversion, retain customers and support the growth of our hydration brand across the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and implement retention and conversion strategies to boost loyalty and sales.
• Engage customers to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct outbound sales calls using provided lead lists and educate prospects on product benefits.
• Provide product information, respond to enquiries and maintain accurate contact records.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer databases up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to share insights and improve processes.
• Support cross‑functional teams on brand, marketing and e‑commerce initiatives.
• Handle marketplace enquiries, returns, refunds and disputes while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Monitor marketplace metrics and customer feedback to close service gaps.
• Maintain the online store, ensure promotions are ready and align with campaigns.
• Perform inventory checks, monitor order processing and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends for growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
