About the role

Waters is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Diagnostic Solutions portfolio in Singapore. The role focuses on managing key customer and distributor relationships, defending market share and driving growth across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key customers and distributors to meet sales targets at company, distributor and account levels.
  • Defend market share and drive conversions in Blood Culture, Lab Automation, ID/AST, HPV, BD MAX and explore growth areas within the DS portfolio.
  • Deliver high‑quality product presentations, instrument demos and evaluations for customer conversion.
  • Support quotations, tender submissions and proposals as needed.
  • Drive post‑install success by coordinating onboarding, training and service handoffs with applications and service teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments and develop cross‑functional contacts critical to business performance.
  • Contribute to Salesforce Effectiveness and maintain CRM hygiene (leads, opportunities, activities, assets) following the BD Way of Selling.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships in a regulated, high‑volume testing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal cross‑functional teams.
