Customer Contact Centre Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Contact Centre Advisor at DHL Express Singapore, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, helping them navigate our express shipping services and ensuring their shipments move smoothly across borders. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment, representing the DHL brand in every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and other channels.
• Process bookings, provide accurate information on DHL products, services, shipment status, transit times, customs requirements and pricing.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service to resolve enquiries and issues promptly.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant DHL value‑added solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support service excellence.
• Capture feedback and suggest improvements to processes, systems and service delivery.
