Data Analytics & Insights Manager – Commercial Insurance Asia

About the role

Lead the use of data and insights to set and monitor strategies, initiatives and performance metrics for Commercial Insurance in Asia, driving better business outcomes and championing a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Active monitoring of underwriting and broker performance data to develop insights and drive actions with Customer Distribution Management and Underwriting teams.
• Design, build and manage reporting tools and dashboards for critical underwriting performance metrics across channels, lines of business, countries and industries.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to integrate data from Global Pricing Platform, Neo, Insights360, Portfolio360, Portfolio Copilot and the Commercial Insurance Data Lake.
• Collaborate with brokers to validate and interpret their data, linking broker systems to Zurich to streamline pipelines.

Required profile

• Extensive working experience in the Commercial Insurance industry.
• Proven ability to lead data‑driven initiatives and champion a data‑centric culture.
