Data System Analyst – Enterprise Data & Analytics

About the role

The Data System Analyst will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions, ensuring they meet business and regulatory requirements while supporting advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery across the full SDLC for data and analytics platforms.
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable designs with estimations.
• Communicate technical and architectural concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Review and approve test strategies, functional test cases, and data validation approaches.
• Manage risks related to scope, data quality, regulatory commitments, and timelines.
• Participate in product and platform evaluations (RFPs, PoCs) for data, analytics, and AI tooling.
• Partner with production support to conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive controls.
• Lead innovation initiatives such as data discovery, cataloguing, governance, and AI enablement.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements across delivery and operations.
• Design data architectures that support NLP and AI‑driven analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale analytics platforms within financial services.
• Strong capability in requirements analysis and functional design for analytics use cases.
• Experience defining data quality, governance, lineage, and reconciliation controls for structured and NLP‑derived datasets.
• Ability to design data architectures that ingest, curate, and govern unstructured and semi‑structured data.
• Experience translating business requirements into NLP‑enabled analytical use cases such as text classification, entity extraction, and risk indicator identification.
