Deburring and Polishing Operator – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Deburring and Polishing Operator to join our precision manufacturing team in Singapore. The role focuses on removing burrs and polishing components to meet strict quality standards, requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deburring of precision components using various tools and techniques, ensuring all burrs are removed and surfaces are smooth.
• Polish components to achieve the required finish and surface quality, with or without magnification, using specified polishing tools.
• Inspect deburred and polished parts for defects, document results, and report any non‑conformities.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions and inspection records.
• Ensure deburring and polishing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth processes and high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in deburring and polishing within a precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
