Production Technician / Operator

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units and record process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing and part replacement.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the quality plan and handle non‑conforming products.
• Support the Team Leader with changes, projects and compliance to EHS, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Accurately update MES data, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste and downtime.
• Manage material handling activities, including packing, unpacking and loading/unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using appropriate scopes.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School, O Level, SPM, NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts and stand for long periods.
