Design & Content Executive

About the role

Fossa Chocolate is seeking a creative storyteller to shape and share the brand’s narrative across digital channels. You will translate briefs into compelling visual content that showcases the craftsmanship behind each chocolate bar while engaging both local customers and global enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media and content strategy across all platforms.
• Create engaging online marketing assets, including posts, videos, and graphics.
• Design marketing and packaging materials as required.
• Build and maintain an asset library through product photography, videography, graphic illustration, and digital imaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, website, and all collateral.
• Produce artwork according to client briefs and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with brand partners and customer‑care teams to support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can absorb new information quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and presentation communication abilities.
• Familiarity with the social‑media landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of InDesign (plus).
• Skilled in photography (required) and videography (plus).
• Understanding of print production, colour codes, and file formats.
