Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Four Star is seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and market share across Singapore and other Asian markets. Reporting to the CEO and Head of Digital Marketing, you will shape and execute innovative digital campaigns that connect with new customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, data‑driven marketing strategies for Singapore and regional markets, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Conceptualise and launch disruptive campaigns that position mattresses and furnishings as lifestyle‑relevant products.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels—including marketplaces, social commerce, creator‑led commerce and emerging platforms—and evaluate their commercial potential.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution and optimisation across digital and traditional media, ensuring KPI tracking and ROI measurement.
• Lead offline brand experiences such as pop‑up stores and retail partnerships, and negotiate with strategic partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience in consumer electronics, furnishing, technology or retail, with a proven record of campaign management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customer segments and building high‑performing acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments and a deep understanding of regional consumer behaviours.
