Technical Marketer & Community Manager – Web3 (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote‑first Technical Marketer / Community Manager to help a Web3 cybersecurity startup raise awareness among developers, security researchers and protocol teams. The role blends technical education, developer advocacy and community engagement to showcase the product’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create technical content such as articles, tutorials, product explainers and social posts, including code examples and diagrams.
• Answer community questions on blockchain infrastructure, security topics and our product, collaborating with engineers when deeper investigation is needed.
• Engage with developers, auditors and protocol teams, building relationships through useful technical contributions.
• Monitor industry developments, analyse security incidents and publish well‑researched insights.
• Gather community feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on software engineering experience demonstrated through professional work, shipped projects or open‑source contributions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain systems, smart contracts, on‑chain transactions and common security risks.
• Proven ability to read code, assess technical claims and explain complex systems clearly.
• Portfolio of accurate, accessible technical content (tutorials, security analyses, technical threads).
• Established following within the Web3 or engineering community with meaningful engagement.
