Digital Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for steering projects from planning and procurement through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close large‑scale technology projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors.
• Oversee vendor performance, procurement activities, contract deliverables, and overall project quality.
• Facilitate Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, change management, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices for cybersecurity, cloud adoption, data protection, and operational resilience.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of project management experience delivering large‑scale technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives with system integrations and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project governance, risk management, and release management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications are advantageous.
