Digital & Social Manager (Editorial, Growth & Community)

About the role

uParcel is seeking a Digital & Social Manager to lead editorial, growth and community initiatives for both its own brands and client merchants across major social platforms. The role blends storytelling, content curation and performance‑driven marketing to boost brand visibility and commerce outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand storytelling and content strategies for internal and client channels on Meta, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Create mobile‑first editorial calendars that balance creative intent with measurable business goals.
• Produce lifestyle, fashion, food, pet and wellness content that drives reach, engagement and conversion.
• Adapt narratives to each platform’s format – trust‑building on Meta, trend‑responsive videos on TikTok, and aesthetic, review‑style posts on Xiao Hong Shu.
• Build and maintain AI‑enabled pipelines to scale ideation and production.
• Engage audiences through comments, direct messages and community interactions, fostering loyal follower bases.
• Collaborate with creators and KOLs to amplify reach and support live social commerce initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for growth and sales impact.

Required profile

• Strong visual taste with magazine‑level editorial sensibility (portfolio required).
• Deep awareness of trends in lifestyle, wellness and digital culture.
• Proven track record of growing brand or business accounts on social media.
• Experience curating content for multiple categories and adapting formats per platform.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
