Digital Systems Operations Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Singapore focuses on implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting CRM systems to ensure seamless operations. The role works closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage network security and align IT infrastructure with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure CRM software solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CRM and related IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical incidents.
• Manage network security and ensure a secure IT environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT and troubleshooting processes.
• Effective customer‑service orientation and ability to handle user inquiries.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
