Project Manager – Government ICT Projects

About the role

The role leads end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large‑scale ICT projects for the Singapore government. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance with government procurement and security standards, and drive projects through design, implementation, and warranty phases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular work‑group meetings and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communications, keeping all parties informed on a timely basis.
• Oversee issue and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain the project schedule, lead activities toward successful closure, and manage performance guarantees and warranty periods.
• Lead application maintenance and support services, including contract management, service‑level management, change‑request handling, problem and incident management, audit and security services, and risk management.

Required profile

• Relevant certification such as CITPM, PMP, COMIT or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience in full project development life cycles and ICT infrastructure projects (systems, cloud, network, facilities, data centre).
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects in the government sector.
• Experience with project‑management methodologies like Prince2 or PMP.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore government procurement, security standards and data‑security policies.
