Digital UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a senior Digital UI/UX Designer to lead the design direction for client projects at Orfeostory, a Singapore‑based digital agency. You will translate business requirements into practical, user‑friendly digital experiences across websites, web applications, portals and mobile‑responsive platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for corporate websites, web applications, portals, dashboards and mobile‑responsive platforms.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent and functional across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Apply UX principles to improve usability, navigation, conversion and accessibility.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and developers to gather requirements, present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Balance creative visual solutions with technical feasibility and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong web/UI design portfolio showcasing corporate websites, web apps and responsive platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in a digital, creative or technology agency environment.
• Confidence working directly with project managers, developers and clients.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, prototyping and workflow optimisation.
• Capacity to manage multiple client projects while maintaining high design quality and meeting deadlines.
