Director, Agent Pay Product & Solutions Lead (Greater China)

About the role

As a senior product and solutions leader within Mastercard’s AI Center of Excellence, you will own the market development, product strategy and commercialization of Agent Pay and agentic commerce solutions for Greater China. The role bridges Mastercard’s global AI and payment innovation teams with local issuers, merchants, fintechs and digital platforms to shape AI‑powered commerce experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑define and execute the Agent Pay strategy and roadmap for Greater China, translating global capabilities into China‑ready solutions.
• Identify emerging opportunities in AI‑powered payments, digital identity, authentication, consent, authorization and autonomous transactions.
• Partner with issuers, merchants, acquirers, fintechs and technology partners to co‑create innovative payment solutions, lead discovery workshops and pilot initiatives.
• Develop product requirements, customer journeys, use cases, payment flows and high‑level solution architecture, supporting prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Build and manage strategic relationships across AI, payments, digital commerce and fintech ecosystems, representing Mastercard in industry forums.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, interoperability and business growth of Agent Pay solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience in payments, fintech or AI‑driven commerce.
• Ability to act as a bridge between global innovation teams and the Greater China market.
• Strong track record of ecosystem engagement with issuers, merchants, fintechs and technology partners.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on execution of product development and market rollout.
