Electrical Site Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Site Supervisor will lead on‑site electrical works, ensuring they are executed safely, on schedule and to quality standards. This senior role involves direct coordination with subcontractors, project teams and clients throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of electrical works and provide hands‑on guidance to the crew.
• Coordinate and sequence activities according to master and detailed schedules.
• Supervise site activities to guarantee quality and timely completion.
• Offer technical support during execution, site meetings, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and monitor subcontractors’ progress.
• Train and mentor workers on site.

Required profile

• Education: Primary/Secondary (“O” Level) up to Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in electrical site supervision.
• Proficiency in reading Single Line Diagrams and AutoCAD drawings.
• Preferably holds a Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Required skills

• Interpretation of Single Line Diagrams.
• Use of AutoCAD for electrical layouts.
