About the role

We are seeking a proactive Engineer to lead maintenance, repair and operations projects. The role involves designing solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and guiding cross‑functional teams from concept through to completion.

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering continuous learning.
• Analyse engineering problems and devise cost‑effective, timely solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports and project summaries.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and integrate best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with critical and innovative thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and talent development experience.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all engineering processes.

Required skills
