Enterprise Informatics Sales Leader – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a senior regional leader to drive the APAC growth strategy for Philips’ Enterprise Informatics portfolio. Based in Singapore, you will lead high‑performing sales teams across multiple countries and deliver integrated software solutions for radiology, cardiology and pathology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC sales strategy, annual operating plan and growth agenda for the Enterprise Informatics portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop sales leaders, strategic account directors and solution‑sales specialists across the region.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑suite, clinical, IT and government stakeholders and act as executive sponsor for priority accounts.
• Own regional pipeline health, forecast quality and sales cadence, ensuring visibility of risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology or digital‑health sales with regional leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑country sales teams and delivering growth in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience selling mission‑critical, multi‑year SaaS, cloud or managed‑service solutions to healthcare providers or governments.

Required skills

• Radiology informatics: enterprise imaging, PACS, RIS, VNA, workflow orchestration, AI‑enabled workflows.
• Cardiology informatics: CVIS, structured reporting, ECG, hemodynamic workflows, enterprise clinical integration.
• Pathology informatics: digital pathology, image management, computational pathology, laboratory integration.
• Healthcare interoperability standards: DICOM, HL7, FHIR.
• Cloud adoption, cybersecurity and health‑data privacy.
