Entry Level Compliance Executive (Contract until Dec)

About the role

This is an entry‑level compliance position on a short‑term contract until the end of December. The role supports the Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) team by handling transaction monitoring alerts and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Clear the transaction‑monitoring alert backlog.
• Review and investigate all alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system.
• Conduct timely reviews of ad‑hoc escalated cases from other functional units.
• Communicate with business lines and other units to provide AML and transaction‑monitoring advisory.
• Perform due‑diligence and background checks on suspicious cases/alerts.
• Escalate suspicious transaction reports (STRs) appropriately.
• Contribute to and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for the Transaction Monitoring team.
• Assist with other FCC‑related tasks on an ad‑hoc basis as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with entry‑level experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with various business units.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple alerts.
