Entry Level Facilities Project Services Executive (Novena)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Facilities Project Services team in Novena, focusing on feasibility studies, cost analysis, and documentation for new and existing infrastructure projects. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies and analyse infrastructure construction costs.
• Prepare estimated budgets, project schedules and cost control reports.
• Collate, update and administer building plans and architectural drawings.
• Develop concept plans for new facilities and provide design/project engineering support.
• Manage development projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and quality‑driven completions.
• Implement documentation controls, conduct audits on drawings, and maintain record‑management processes.
• Assist the Head of Department with day‑to‑day administration and cost‑control activities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related building discipline.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate project feasibility and costs.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
