About the role
Thrive Organisation is seeking an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Marketing Campaign Lead to represent our clients and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where routine tasks are replaced by exciting challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Promote brand initiatives at roadshows and events, creating engaging experiences for attendees.
- Lead a small, collaborative squad, fostering teamwork and collective achievement of targets.
- Convert campaign objectives into measurable wins, tracking performance and reporting outcomes.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or candidate with little to no professional experience.
- Eager to learn, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Willingness to travel for overseas exposure trips and team‑building activities.
