About the role

Thrive Organisation is seeking an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Marketing Campaign Lead to represent our clients and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where routine tasks are replaced by exciting challenges.

Key responsibilities

Promote brand initiatives at roadshows and events, creating engaging experiences for attendees.
Lead a small, collaborative squad, fostering teamwork and collective achievement of targets.
Convert campaign objectives into measurable wins, tracking performance and reporting outcomes.

Required profile

Fresh graduate or candidate with little to no professional experience.
Eager to learn, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Willingness to travel for overseas exposure trips and team‑building activities.
