Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify suitable professionals across various sectors.
• Engage and build relationships with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and motivations.
• Develop relationships with client organisations and understand their hiring requirements.
• Support business‑development activities and identify new opportunities with companies.
• Learn to assess candidates, conduct interviews and present suitable profiles to clients.
• Build a professional network and deepen knowledge of the industries and functions you specialise in.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to new people.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working towards goals and targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Strong interest in people, business and relationship building.
• No prior recruitment experience required; structured training will be provided.
