Event Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Event Management Manager to oversee the planning and execution of property events in Marina Bay. The role ensures a seamless experience from pre‑event sales through to post‑event follow‑up, driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics and operations, following established procedures and collaborating with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales, property departments, and customers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Manage group room blocks, meeting spaces, and billing accuracy, conducting bill reviews with clients.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, proposing alternative solutions as needed.
• Participate in site inspections, support the sales process, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of event‑management experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events of average complexity.
