Executive Accountant – Full Set

About the role

The company is seeking an Executive Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial records, smooth transaction processing, and compliance with accounting standards for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of company accounts, including AP, AR, GL, cash flow, and bank accounts.
• Process day‑to‑day accounting transactions and reconcile all entries.
• Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and issue customer invoices and receipts.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments, provisions, depreciation, and other adjustments.
• Manage complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles, including ageing monitoring and follow‑up.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare profit & loss and balance sheet reports.
• Prepare supporting schedules for GST submissions and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Assist with year‑end closing and ensure accounts are audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Diploma/LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Singaporean or PR status may apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UBS Accounting software or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
