Account Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our finance team in Singapore. The role will support the full spectrum of accounts payable functions and ensure timely processing of expense claims and supplier payments.

Key responsibilities

• Process expense claims and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Forecast weekly cash outflows and prepare AP month‑end reports, including aging, accrual and pre‑payment schedules.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document scanning tasks while maintaining an organized filing system for all invoices.
• Generate and maintain AP reports such as detailed aging and pre‑payment schedules.
• Assist with ad‑hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of local experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Highly responsible and a team‑player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
