Executive / Senior Executive, Accounting & Tax

About the role

We are seeking an Executive or Senior Executive to join our Accounting & Tax team in Singapore. The role involves managing client relationships and delivering a range of accounting and tax services with medium complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily client contact and relationship management.
• Close full sets of books and prepare annual financial statements.
• Prepare GST returns and tax returns with full computations.
• Provide accounts payable payment support services.
• Produce tailored management reports and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Business with a recognized accounting qualification.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in outsourcing firms or multinationals.
• Strong knowledge of international and local accounting practices.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
