Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage leads supplied by the company via phone and email.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance and wealth products.

• Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a high call volume.

Required profile

• Strong grit and hunger for success.
• Comfortable speaking with strangers and handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, taking responsibility for personal results.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in financial advisory.

Required skills

• CMFAS certification (sponsorship provided).
