Exercise Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Exercise Specialist to join a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary rehabilitation team. You will translate clinical plans into practical, engaging exercise sessions that help clients rebuild strength, confidence, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with clinical case leads to implement personalised rehab plans.
• Design and deliver safe, effective, and motivating exercise sessions.
• Coach clients with clear instruction, encouragement, and accountability.
• Track client progress and provide timely updates to the clinical team.
• Ensure clients successfully complete their rehabilitation journey.
• Build meaningful relationships and support clients throughout their transformation.
