About the role
We are seeking a Patient Service Associate to work on a hospital inpatient ward in Singapore. The position involves supporting patient admission, discharge and various administrative tasks across two shift patterns (AM and PM). This is a temporary, entry‑level role with training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing admission and discharge documentation for patients.
- Support the scheduling of patient appointments and coordinate with clinical staff.
- Register patients into the hospital system, ensuring accurate capture of personal details.
- Perform data entry of patient particulars into the electronic hospital records.
- Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries, providing accurate information to patients and visitors.
- Carry out other ad‑hoc administrative duties as assigned by the ward team.
Required profile
- Minimum N Level qualification (e.g., Nitec) required.
- No prior experience needed; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
