Expert Corporate Controlling

About the role

We are looking for an Expert Corporate Controlling professional to develop and maintain cost control systems and management reporting for projects up to EUR 10M. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting of revenue and costs while supporting project teams across engineering and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a Project Cost Controls System and related management reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Subcontracts leads and Project Managers to set up Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project budgets.
• Prepare and analyse revenue, internal budgets, commitments, budget transfers, change orders, forecasts and cash‑flow reports.
• Monitor actual and committed costs, verify cost allocations, and report variances against budgets and EAC.
• Produce monthly cost reports using Excel or EcoSys and generate client‑specific reports.
• Support billing processes by preparing memos and documentation for SAP invoicing.
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement and Operations to ensure accurate cost recording and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with external and tax audits, risk register updates, and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Maintain EcoSys project structures, input financial data monthly and support new system implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 3 years of project cost control experience in an engineering and construction environment.
