Facilities Executive – 3‑12 month Contract with Completion Bonus

About the role

The Facilities Executive will support the maintenance and development of hospital, medical centre and related business units. This is a short‑term contract (3 to 12 months) with a completion bonus at the end of the period.

Key responsibilities

• Track preventive maintenance activities and service contracts for the department.
• Assist the Head of Department or Supervisor with addition & alteration projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring minimal disruption to patients and staff.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Support car‑park operations and any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or a related field (degree holders with no experience are welcome).
• Willingness to commit to a contract ranging from 3 months up to 1 year.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external contractors.
