Facilities Maintenance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Officer to oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and building services at our Toa Payoh site. The role involves daily inspections, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance activities meet service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all scheduled, breakdown, unscheduled and cyclical maintenance works.
• Schedule, monitor and ensure scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities and additional M&E and building services under the contract are carried out effectively.
• Conduct daily inspections of M&E systems and building to ensure defects are promptly rectified per service standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.
• Support manager in daily operation for maintenance.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.
• Manage office supplies, maintenance tools, and equipment stock.
