Facility Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Technician to support day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of our facility in Gul Circle, Singapore. The role involves ensuring that equipment, building systems and the overall premises are kept safe, functional and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for warehouses, offices and building infrastructure.
• Perform routine facility maintenance and in‑house repair works.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (M&E) issues and carry out building repair or alteration works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues.
• Offer technical advice and training when required.
• Prepare maintenance reports and record meter readings.
• Source quotations for maintenance works.
• Support domestic travel as needed and be reachable outside regular office hours when necessary.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Estate Management or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical and building works.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Scissor Lift License.
