F&B Assistant / Service Crew – Japanese Restaurant

About the role

Join a vibrant Japanese restaurant chain in Singapore as an F&B Assistant / Service Crew member. You will work at one of three convenient locations—313 Somerset, West Coast, or Anchorpoint—delivering friendly, efficient service to diners while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area for opening and closing, ensuring all stations are ready.
• Greet guests, guide them through the ordering system, and serve food courteously.
• Answer customer queries about menus, offers, and services.
• Clear tables, remove dishes, and keep the dining area tidy.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed and monitor fridge temperatures.
• Pack, label, and organize products on shelves, checking expiry dates.
• Report incidents, complaints, or feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain consistent quality, service excellence, and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage or hospitality role.
• Good personal hygiene practices.
• Food hygiene certificate is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with restaurant ordering systems (preferred).
