F&B Service Lead – Service Captain (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated F&B Service Lead / Service Captain to join our team across multiple outlets in Singapore. This junior‑level position involves overseeing daily service operations, ensuring a warm guest experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service with a genuine, friendly approach.
• Keep product items well stocked and display cases attractive and clean.
• Execute proper opening and closing procedures in line with company SOPs.
• Maintain a high level of workstation cleanliness and comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “N” level or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant or similar F&B setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of a 6‑day, 44‑hour work week.
