F&B Shift Leader – Beach Road, Singapore

About the role

Join Marriott’s vibrant Food & Beverage team as a Shift Leader, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Beach Road location. You will coordinate service, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and support a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a polished dining environment.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health & safety protocols.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies, quality standards, and dress code.
