Finance Analyst – Travel Retail Asia

About the role
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support our Travel Retail operations across Asia, with a focus on Guam. The role involves providing accounting support, preparing budgets, and contributing to regional financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Post accounts in SAP according to GAAP and liaise with the Guam tax agent.
- Prepare payments, budgets, estimates, and closing documentation.
- Support the preparation of reporting templates and subsidiary working files (sales, gross margin, inventories, profit & loss).
- Reconcile financial data across systems such as Magnitude and Excel.
- Create budget presentation slides for the Group Executive Committee.
- Participate in monthly regional reporting, including sales, stock, and margin reports.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for the Regional CFO and help optimise the consolidation process.
- Assist internal control activities, annual stock‑take, AML monitoring, and retail price setting.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in finance, accounting or internal control.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, budgeting and cost control.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Previous experience in finance operations with a US‑based company is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial transaction systems.
