Financial Entity Controller – Multi‑Entity Finance Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the operational finance backbone of a fast‑growing group spanning Southeast Asia and Europe. As the Head of Finance Operations, you will own multi‑entity bookkeeping, statutory close, group consolidation, FP&A modelling, treasury, and inter‑company administration across several jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close for all entities, coordinating internal and external accountants to deliver audit‑ready statutory books.
• Consolidate group financial statements, manage inter‑company flows, FX translation, and produce board‑level reporting packs.
• Build and maintain a rolling group forecast model with scenario analysis for revenue, costs, headcount and cash runway.
• Track actuals versus budget, surface variances early and provide clear narrative for leadership action.
• Run treasury operations including daily cash positioning, FX exposure management, inter‑company funding flows and working‑capital monitoring.
• Administer the inter‑company framework, maintain transfer‑pricing documentation and liaise with tax advisors in each jurisdiction.
• Oversee operational finance for the payments business, including merchant settlement reconciliation.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with proven experience managing multi‑entity finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, regulatory compliance and audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to combine rigorous controller discipline with forward‑looking FP&A analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with leadership, external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.
