Finance Manager – Food & Beverage Distribution

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a regional food distribution business operating across Asia. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own end‑to‑end finance operations and support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting.
• Manage core accounting processes including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll postings and cash‑flow management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision‑making and drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
