Finance Manager

About the role

Stryv is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to strengthen the core finance function as the business scales across multiple markets. You will work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller and business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and effective cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the monthly closing process for the Group, preparing and reviewing management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigate unusual movements and resolve accounting issues before close.
• Support consolidation of entities across Singapore and overseas, handling intercompany eliminations, inventory, FX and other adjustments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Strengthen accounting SOPs, approval processes and internal controls, and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with tax, statutory and regulatory compliance in collaboration with external advisers.
• Prepare management reporting and contribute to financial planning and analysis activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, monthly close, and consolidation processes.
• Experience working with auditors and implementing internal controls.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with finance teams and business units.
